Poet Special Apperance

Most people know that I started out as poet and now I get to show you what my daughter wrote. Proud mommy moment.

Written by my Serenity:

Up and down widow street

Fathers trudge through the sleet

Whoosh. Whoosh. The wind whispers.

In a house a girl shivers.

Cozy fires cast a glow.

In the new fallen snow

Lights in the window frame.

Cats running down the lane

Presents under the christmas tree

Girls giggling, hee-hee-hee

Collard greens and buttered rolls

Stories about old sick trolls

Ice skates dancing around the rink

Full bellies on the brink

Pure white snow covering the ground

Big happy smiles all around

Tis the season to be jolly

Tis the season to be jolly
