So not many people know this or can tell by looking at me. I have an extremely large appetite and my girls share that with me,but we couple that by also staying active.
Recently I wanted to find more ways to eat healthy yet yummy salads. For all those who can’t stand the taste of healthy green leafy things. This salad will make you forget there’s no meat. That’s right no meat.
- Baby Kale
- Spring mix
- Rainbow salad ( includes shredded carrots, mini broccoli florets, cauliflower, and red cabbage)
- Dried blueberries and glazed almonds
- Parmesan crisps
The way I listed is the order they went into the bowl. Topped with Italian dressing. YUM!
